How does the product work?
For use with power-bank:
- Ensure power bank is fully charged.
- Plug power bank into cord on the belt.
- Wrap belt around your waste to the tightness of comfort level.
- Press and hold vibrating button until belt turns on (3-5 seconds).
- For heat press and hold fire button until it turns red.
- To change heat setting press fire until the color changes to new setting.
For use with power cord:
- Plug power cord into belt and into the wall. You may use any cube from any phone charger or anything with a USB port.
- Wrap belt around your waste to the tightness of comfort level.
- Press and hold vibrating button until belt turns on (3-5 seconds).
- For heat press and hold fire button until it turns red.
- To change heat setting press fire until the color changes to new setting.
Is there a recommended time per session? No, it just dependent on your comfort level and how deep your knots are. We have seen success in as short as 10 minutes and some people have needed 30-40 minutes. It's whatever is best for YOU.
Can I use the power bank to charge my phone? Yes!
Can I use my own power bank? Yes, any power bank will work with it.
Do I need to turn off the power bank? You don't have to but it is recommended if you want to extend the battery life.
Can you use the belt on other muscles? Yes! We love wrapping it around our thighs, knees and sometimes after long events or day at work, we step on it to massage the bottom of our feet.
Is there different setting for the vibration? Not yet, we are always working on improving our products and this will be on our 2.0 version.

The PMS Belt
It Started With Her. I Built a Solution for Her.
From an idea born out of love to a product designed to help women.
In 2018, I watched my wife, Melissa, struggle with debilitating menstrual pain caused by endometriosis. One night, at 2 a.m., when traditional pain relief wasn't enough, I knew there had to be a better way.
So I started researching. And when I couldn't find the solution I was looking for, I decided to create one. Luckily I was in the Product Development world at the time.
That idea became The PMS Belt, a portable menstrual relief device combining heat, vibration, and adjustable pressure to help women manage period discomfort while continuing their everyday lives.
What started as a solution for one person quickly grew into something bigger. Friends and family began sharing the prototype, calling it the Sisterhood of the Traveling Belt.
As the founder and inventor of The PMS Belt, I experienced firsthand what it takes to bring an idea to life — from product development and problem-solving to manufacturing, branding, and building a business from the ground up.
That entrepreneurial experience is part of what I bring to Her Operational Excellence today. I don't just help founders execute their visions. I understand the courage, uncertainty, creativity, and determination it takes to build something that doesn't exist yet.
